Made this tonight. It was delicious! I added an extra tsp of garlic and onion powder. I would definitely make this again and you could play around with the seasonings easily. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks guys! Good luck to all of you. I'm just glad I'm motivated to get healthy and make these changes. I have used MFP before but never took advantage of the community. I plan to now. :)

I've lost 30 lbs in the past by calorie counting alone. I never worked out, drank diet sodas, and wasn't eating super healthy. Lost it in 3 months by just counting calories. I'm counting calories again but doing it a bit healthier this time. :)
