Me too! Love the mac and chz but made the mistake of reading the label-so many calories! And pretty much anything italian. But I must say that watching the scale go down is better than that bowl of mac n chz-i didn't pay much attention to the "serving size" lol..

Actually I think I hit around 700/800 calories a day. Its been a while since I've checked in but the weight I just lost is recent. I'm quite active and don't "eat back calories"- not really sure how that works to eat back what I've just burned. I mean I understand the logistics- I just don't want to gain back any weight…
