I'm having a hard time getting my yummy smoothies in my day. As good as they are and a great snack- how do y'all still get your smoothies in winter? Do I just slam it down and jump in the hot shower? How about oatmeal bowls for the snowy and cold morning?

It seems I have the best intentions when I wake up. Today will be different I tell myself. But then whatever I was thinking/ feeling quickly changes and I am left with no motivation.
