I mix a small portion of vanilla Greek yogurt and some peanut butter until smooth- toss it in a small bowl and sprinkle some mini chocolate chip on top. My go to evening sweet tooth attack is very satisfied.

For my night sweet tooth - 1 frozen banana 2 tsp. chia seed gel almond milk to just cover banana- blend throw in 1 tbls. mini chocolate chips makes a nice healthy frozen treat that tastes like ice cream-yum! I use chia in my smoothies-cant taste them but I know how good I feel after I have some-such a nice boost in energy!

freeze some for a quick meal-just did that yesterday. Made a bbq pork tenderloin and threw some in the freezer with my frozen spaghetti sauce and chili for those days I don't want to cook. I have some of the smaller containers and it holds a serving just for me as well.

Been here- kindve here now. The solution for me? Suit up. I'm doing so well when I don't think about what I'm doing. Does that make sense? Lol..when I think about it I start to expect the results instead of just allowing it to happen. I would rather feel the determination of doing it than the regret of not doing it.
