    I'm in - lost 12 pounds in the last 6 weeks - got 2 stone to go to my"ideal" weight!! I will do saturday weigh ins also - yesterday I weighed in at 12 stone 5!! Good luck all!! How are you attacking this?? As in what diet? diet plus exercise???

    Good luck to you too! Eating less overall and lots of walking for me.

    I put some of my pre summer weight loss lbs back on over the Summer ☹️ so I really need a challenge to motivate me. I like running for exercise. I am 5'3 and have a small frame (but an enormous belly at the mo!!).

    Update: went to the doctor yesterday. I've lost 2 inches off of my waist & lost 1 lb! I was a little taken back when the doctor told me this. But she said that I'm replacing my fat with muscle so my waist measurements have gone down but my weight hadn't dropped very much due to gaining muscle.

    I'm in (a little late!). 20 lbs will get me to my... so what now? goal weight.

    MFP SW (July 18): 198.6
    CW (Sept 5 weigh in): 184.1
    GW: 164 by end of 2016

    I'm really aiming for ~1 lb a week to get down another 16 lbs in this last 16 weeks of the year - but 20 would be a bonus:) My weigh in days are Mondays.
