    Update: went to the doctor yesterday. I've lost 2 inches off of my waist & lost 1 lb! I was a little taken back when the doctor told me this. But she said that I'm replacing my fat with muscle so my waist measurements have gone down but my weight hadn't dropped very much due to gaining muscle.

    I'm in (a little late!). 20 lbs will get me to my... so what now? goal weight.

    MFP SW (July 18): 198.6
    CW (Sept 5 weigh in): 184.1
    GW: 164 by end of 2016

    I'm really aiming for ~1 lb a week to get down another 16 lbs in this last 16 weeks of the year - but 20 would be a bonus:) My weigh in days are Mondays.

    Pretty sure Its not a real gain, im a bit bloated and also forgot and drank a little coffee before hopping on the scale today lol. Yesterday I was 298.4 so im not concerned.
