@MonicaInOntario I had a similar thing a while back and what helped for me was giving my body a little more fat. Sometimes it's not the calories but the combination.1

Thanks! I think I just wasn't eating enough and also not sleeping enough. I will eat a bit more today and take it easy for a while.1 -

Hi! I am a 30 year old mother of 4, had my last baby 16 months ago and have been working on my fitness diligently since February 22 of this year. I've dropped about 31lbs since then, and am now more focused on working harder and losing the rest of this weight! A family vacation the Week of Thanksgiving has motivated me to set mini goals for myself, the first being losing 15lbs in 5 weeks. First week is done and I got my 3lb goal! 4 weeks left and 12lbs to lose before setting my second mini goal.
Anyone looking to help motivate, who needs motivation, or even another buddy to stay accountable with, I'm your girl! Feel free to add me
