    This is a great goal!! I'm currently at 249.8 & my highest weight was 326. I'd love to finish this year as close to onederland as possible & reach my goal next year!!

    I lost 2 pounds this past week but don't feel well. I don't think I ate enough for all the calories I burned, to be honest. We have to listen to our bodies! Good luck to all! Don't give up!

    @MonicaInOntario I had a similar thing a while back and what helped for me was giving my body a little more fat. Sometimes it's not the calories but the combination.

    Thanks! I think I just wasn't eating enough and also not sleeping enough. I will eat a bit more today and take it easy for a while.
