motivation plateau

Maybe that really doesn't make sense- but this is where I am. Have been really good with diet and exercise. Have lost 14 pounds- I need to put my goal line- and today I hit this wall. I'm about 45 days in and while I have had the stray negative thought today my motivation has just left. I know I need a run and to just suit up but just want to be lazy. Anyone else ever hit a motivation plateau?

all the time. How about a run to the library to borrow a new to you exercise video? Challenge yourself.0

Is your calorie deficit too high? Are your protein/fats/carbs too low? Are you not adequately recovered?0

This. Also, we all have days like that. If you need a rest day - take one. You body needs recovery time, too. Otherwise, sometimes it's just getting up and doing it.0 -
Actually I think I hit around 700/800 calories a day. Its been a while since I've checked in but the weight I just lost is recent. I'm quite active and don't "eat back calories"- not really sure how that works to eat back what I've just burned. I mean I understand the logistics- I just don't want to gain back any weight I've worked off.0
