feel the need to binge!

Okay, so today is kindve a hormonal day. I've been doing well with exercise, watching my calories, eating clean and no cigs for 20 days. But!! Today I feel like I'm having an emotional tantrum! Want to eat ALL the chocolate and just binge. Oh-and its also a pms situation-sorry guys!! Instead of me just gritting teeth and trying to get thru it-thought I would get some advice- any suggestions are welcome!! Really want to not feel the shame of a food hang over.

    Congrats on quitting smoking! When I am feeling like that I think of what the ONE thing I really want is and I have a reasonable serving of it. That usually stops me from binging on a bunch of stuff. sorry, the water trick never works for me, I drink like 120ounces a day and still get hungry and want to binge every so often. The other thing you can do is go for a walk, sometimes that takes your mind off the food and then you forget about it!

    Find something that will help satisfy your need for chocolate. Check the calories. Then have how ever much you can that will keep you within your calories for the day. Yesterday for me was a peanut butter chocolate chip muffin. A big one. Under 300 calories. It was bad for my blood sugar, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. ;) LOL
