first exercise after broken collarbone!

Mind you this was not a regular workout for me- but after being out for just over 7 weeks- took a bit of a walk on my treadmill. No-didn't really burn many calories-but just to be moving again felt really good! Boy how I have missed moving and sweating lol..the last week of April I had a pretty bad accident-shattered my left collarbone-bruised ribs, lung, and muscle injuries-maybe closer to 8 weeks back-anyway-had surgery to put plates and screws in collarbone- sling, no movement-all the couch time I could ask for lol..haven't really been cleared to start small workouts but the non-movement is not good!! I expect a long road back to where I was with my weight loss-btw gained like 7 pounds- and a regular workout may take a while-but I set my treadmill low and just walked-oh mama-how the body responds to movement! Anyway-missed this place and is good to be back.
