This, no one cares, we're all in there focusing on ourselves, that's why they put mirrors on all the walls. Just get in there and work on you, don't sweat what others are doing. Rigger

What do you coach? Rigger

Apologies then, evidently my wires were crossed. Rigger

Constructive criticism does still fall under the banner of criticism does it not? You do understand that the word criticism does not always elicit a negative context correct? Rigger

Don't post on the internet if you are so thin skinned that you can't take criticism, what are you? New here? Rigger

A: This scenario will assist you in maintaining current mass to some extent while cutting fat. B: This scenario will essentially do the same as above, though at a much, much slower pace, recomp is a very slow process. C: This is just a bulk. Depending on the amount of surplus you will gain both fat and muscle at varying…

Upon further review, you're logging is sporadic at best, and even when you do log, you're typically well under your calorie goal. As for that goal, you and I are the same age, and your goal is lower than my cut, so unless you're about 4'10" your goal is way too low. I'm bulking right now and I'm hitting 3500+ daily, for a…

You need to be in a calorie surplus. Rigger

I have been there, just depends on what I'm doing, on a deadlift day I also do calf raises alternated with box jumps to finish the day, on the third set going from raises to jumps with only rest being the short walk between stations, I sometimes feel sick. I did three burnouts with weighted dips on Monday with only 30…

My gym is on an Army Post, and I can't believe the number of dirt bags who don't re-rack their weights, seems like every day I have to set some poor soldier straight about the fact that his mommy aint around to pick up after his lazy @$$. Rigger

I may be able to accommodate that, I figured out how to take video with my phone recently. On another note, I maxed on bench tonight at 265. Rigger

Sounds like you're just not eating enough, you're body is telling you it needs more fuel. Rigger

Elections coming up, they need to distract the low information voter with something they will understand. Rigger

Depends on how you define "healthy." Rigger

Cider vinegar accomplishes that how? And why the creatine then? Rigger

What's the vinegar for? Rigger

Food scale, you can pick one up for about $10 just about anywhere. Preferably a digital that weighs is ounces, grams, and milliliters, and has a tare feature.

Do you weigh solids and measure liquids? If not, then you're eating more than you think. It could also be water retention, but that would only explain a short term stall. If you're not weighing, you're guessing. Rigger

Circuit training is essentially cardio itself, so it really doesn't matter, personal preference. When you start lifting it'll be down to preference too, personally, if I do cardio it's after I lift, because heavy compound lifts need my dedicated attention, and all the energy I can muster. Rigger

Yup, intensity is the number of plates on the bar. Now, if you want to know when I have had a productive workout, it's when I leave the gym thinking ^%$# yeah! that was an awesome session. That is typically after a hand full of OH &^%$!!! followed by my spotter saving my @$$ because that last rep was not going to happen.…

Yup, this, every last little bit of this. And no, it's not muscle gain. Building muscle is incredibly hard and requires deliberate effort over a long period of time, it doesn't happen by accident. Rigger

No sure what my maxes are, but for reps. 225X5 Bench 265X5 Squat 355X5 Dead Rigger

Yup, I'm in this boat as well. If you aren't weighing, you're just guessing. Rigger

I always found juice to be a bit sticky, I prefer water and soap, but that's just me. Rigger

That's been my experience, I shot up 12 pounds in the first four weeks of my bulk, and that was coming off a 10 month cut. The last two weeks I have gained 1.8 and 1.6 pounds respectively, headed into week 7. Rigger

Creatine causes water retention, and if you increased your calories at the same time you started, it'll be that much more evident. Personally I don't load when I take creatine, and I only take it for 3-4 months at a time. Rigger

Why would you want to replace meals with anything, just eat food. Keep the vitamins and take the meal replacement crap back, seriously, just eat real food. Rigger

With a new workout routine you're body will store more water weight to repair muscles, it's temporary, so the losses will continue. Rigger
