Plateaus don't exist, as long as you're accurately weighing and logging your food, the weight loss will continue. Keep in mind however that it's not a linear process, some weeks you'll lose nothing, the next you could lose 3-4 pounds. It all equals out in the end, but if a person stalls out for months on end, it's because…

If it really worked, do you think the rest of us would be tediously and meticulously counting calories? If it really worked, do you think there would still be fat people? Honestly, you're looking for the quick and easy way out, it's a fantasy, it doesn't exist. You need to put in the work, because there is no magic pill.…

You could quit your job. Or, you could take responsibility for yourself. I know that's not what you want to hear, but it's what needs to happen, regardless of your sensibilities. Rigger

In, this one should go nuclear pretty quickly. Rigger

Yup, this. And drop the Slimslow, just eat real food. Rigger

Try juicing a cheeseburger and ice cream, it's epic. Rigger

Again, seek help, for either an eating disorder, or a behavioral one, or maybe both. Rigger

They're neither good or bad. On Sunday we have family dinner, I don't log it usually, but when I have I don't end up being over by a whole lot, if at all. As long as you can maintain control over your impulses there's nothing wrong with it, once a week or once a month, or once in a while. It really depends on you. Rigger

If you got the idea from that propaganda piece "Fat Sick and nearly Dead" then no, and even if you didn't still no, and why? Just eat the fruits and veggies, juicing just removes the fiber. Rigger

The help you need comes with a degree on the wall. You need to seek professional help for an eating disorder if what you say is true. If you're just trolling, that's really ****ed up. Rigger

Again, If Dr. Oz recommended breathing, I'd strongly reconsider my position on the issue. Rigger

Plateaus don't exist, but you're probably going to gain weight when you come off them, it's just the nature of the beast, diet pills are intended to be temporary, otherwise the company would go out of business because everyone would be skinny. Weight loss and sustainable health is not as simple as a bottle full of pills.…

Embrace it, it's more fun to be right anyway. Rigger

I have a few every week, mostly for mixing, Captain and diet root beer is epic in my book. Rigger

There are no plateaus, you said yourself, you went overboard at a party. It's no big deal, you just put on a bit of water and waste weight. You just need to continue down the road, weigh and log everything and hold yourself accountable. That's it. Rigger

In lifting, yes, but in weight loss, NO. If someone hits a plateau in their weight loss it's because they got lazy in their logging and are eating at maintenance. Rigger

I take two rest days per week (Sunday and Thursday) and occasionally I take a full week as was the case last week. The body needs time to recuperate. Rigger

+/- 100, and I'd rather be over than under. Usually I'm within about 15 calories. Rigger

Agreed, I'm 31 male and I'm at 2400, and even then, if it's a particularly heavy day of exercise I have to up it to 26-2700 or I struggle. Rigger

It was more a general statement regarding the nature of your post. It wasn't attacking me specifically, since I had yet to post in the thread, but it was clearly pointed at folks who harbor contrary opinions of MLM's and their crap products, as I do. Your post was dripping with irony, so I took you to task over it, as I…

Drink plenty of water and get your sweat on and it won't matter. My sodium intake is roughly double the recommended daily amount. Rigger

If you have to point it out, it's probably not true. The post alone is a sales pitch from either a current, or aspiring coach. Pathetic really. Rigger

Wow, nice job resurrecting a four year old dead thread. Good call on the Baconator though. Yesterday was a #1 for me and a JBC on the side. Rigger

Nothing wrong with that at all, they actually have a decent macro balance. No sense fear mongering food. Rigger

If you stay within your calorie goal as you say, what's the problem? Having a sweet tooth wont kill you. Rigger

Pick up a book called Starting Strength, read and follow. Do cardio if the mood strikes you, if not, don't. Rigger

None, money would be better spent on a gym membership. Eat a moderate deficit, lift heavy, get results. Rigger

That's why you should eat them, the yolks are the most nutritious pare, your body needs fat, especially the kind found in eggs, and dietary cholesterol actually raises your good cholesterol. Eat the whole egg, in fact, eat several. Rigger

^^^This^^^ Your metabolism doesn't go to sleep just because you do. Breakfast is just another meal, eat it if you feel like it, if not, don't bother. Rigger
