  • Thinking about alcohol. Have cut back alot since Jan. but weekends are still killing me on the scale. That or nuts. Nuts have been also killing me lately. Too many cals as I cant just eat 10 almonds but a handfull or two.
  • Going tomthe gym or doing a class for me would be a horror. But I have noticed doing a brisk walk or light jog in the fresh air does wonders. There might be a point to getting the body to sweat out the bad.

  • I looove step!! Much more fun than zumba and for me I burn more. At times I will youtube some videos and do them at home. Tge only thing I dont like in dvds and videos is that most of the time the instructor is facing you. I prefer like in a class. Dvd mirror image can make some moves confusing.

  • OP- your situation sounds like mine.. I did have my Thryoid tested a few yrs ago and it was ok.. I know that most of my weight issues is self-inflicted but I am really starting to think in my case part of the equation is hormones.
