I keep reading studies that show obesity links to sleep deprivation. Just curious if anyone has upped their sleep hours and noticed positive effects. Need recipe or ideas for homemade granola
I Love crunchy granola or muesli with yogurt or milk. Best is nuts but too many cals to go overboard. Does anyone have a low cal recipe idea to add CRUNCH to my diary??

Is skipping lower body weights ok?
I think my first post got lost:( Anyways. My goal is weight loss and i do mainly cardio ( runnung, step class, eclipical). I also do weights 2/3x a week to keep muscle mass.
