  • IMO it's a educated guess. These calculators are estimates using averages. Start with one and re-evaluate after a month. One thing i did was log a few test days of food i ate before It was around 3000 on some days. If you just started, do a few test log days on your former diet. Take that amount and reduce.

  • Biking on no incline ( flat lands) vs hills or any incline is like night and day. I live in a hilly , low mountain area. I would rather JOG up a looong hill rather than ride a bike up it. Then again my bike sucks. Very heavy.

  • This!!^^^ I had read/ heard this so many time!! Especially as we get older. Especially core muscles. Stomach/ back. IMO alot of chirospractors would be out of biz if everyone reliously did crunches, planks , back. You dont have to heavy lift so muscles arenpopping out. Light dumbells will do it.
  • I live in germany ( so i dont know where you would get this). But i recently bought a food accent pump spray. The flavor is soy, ginger and chili. Maybe get a cooking pump spray and lighten soy with water and add spices. Or just add ginger and chili. Nice mix for rice. Or that chili pate at Thai restaurants.
