I got bored with it. It was too slow after completing both 30 day shred and ripped in 30, I just couldn't get into it.

I log for the hours that I'm awake. So for example, I wake up on a Friday - I'll log everything on that Friday even though I may have eaten a meal on the following Saturday. It works out fine for me.

I'm halfway through and loving it. My only critique would be it gets challenging very fast so it isn't exactly beginner as far as I'm concerned, you are by no means eased into it. You are thrown into the deep end. Nevertheless, I've been doing it everyday and enjoying the challenge.

This isn't true, Google for any level of ripped and you will find it. I have them all up in my tumblr. It is really that easy to find, i think level 1 is on youtube and the other 3 are on different video hosting websites.

You need to be in heart rate mode and you press the 'SEL' button until 'CAL' comes up, above your heart rate, wait a few seconds and your calories will appear in that space.
