'Cleansing' is a load of rubbish. Your organs do that for you. Just eat healthy foods and minimise saturated fats and sugars!

I'm 5ft 5.5 Bust - 32 Waist - 25 Hips - 32 114lbs currently. I know this might seem skinny but i carry the majority of weight on my butt and thighs..! Wish I could evenly distribute it haha. :-)

Thanks for the replies. I am guessing it must be sodium levels. Even if i have gained then i cant worry too much about it.. at the end of the day its only 4lb and will only take a few weeks to lose again :)

Diet pills are not good for you. The absolute best way to lose weight is to cut your calories and carbs, up your fruit, veg and lean protein intake and do regular cardio with some strength training.

Have some decaf tea/coffee or green tea or a small snack, like fruit. Maybe its just boredom rather than actual hunger?

Hi I started on Monday and I've already lost 2.5lbs. I'm down from 133lbs to 130.5bs. I'm having two powdered shakes (I like the vanilla one) with skimmed milk a day, a snack of fruit and then a healthy dinner e.g. salmon/chicken, a small amount of carbs and lots of vegetables. I'm also taking a multivitamin just in case…
