Polar V800 ;) Got mine a month ago and I can honestly say that it has doubled my activity level. 23 workouts of gym and running in the last 30 days, compared to my average of ~12. It tracks activity and sleep in addition to being a full-fledged workout computer. Love every bit of it after Fitbit.

Actually, the most helpful scientifically proven supplement for lifting is whey protein - usually enjoyed as a shake. That is if your goal is to gain (or tone) muscle. [eg. meta-analysis by Cermak et al. 2012]

I've had a Polar H7 since it was released and it's been wonderful. No connectivity issues whatsoever with either Android or iOS. Only had to replace the battery once.

Wow, that sounds good :)

Same as always: oatmeal and orange juice! Keeps the hunger away for good 3 hours.

It seems like your body is in a "survival mode" as it's not getting enough calories. You should definitely eat more frequently - even if it means forcing yourself to eat at first. Try to eat 5 times a day, if you can, and DO NOT skip breakfast :)

I've found that sugar-free Coke / Pepsi is a great hunger suppressant :)
