I am hyprothyroid and have always taken my meds in the am, with none of the symptoms you mentioned having. I felt really tired prior to taking right dosage, but none of the others. I would get it checked out.

I lost a few pounds in the beginning..then up a bit ...stayed the same and then started losing again. Some muscle gain and inches lost do not always show up on the scale as a loss. The more muscle you gain the more calories you will be burning..so even if you see a slight gain..it may be a good muscle gain. Just keep doing…

Love the fitbit!!! I go it a couple of months ago. I really did not know how active/inacitve I was. I wearing it all day everyday. If I see that I am not close to 10K steps, it makes me go exercise!!! I helps to keep me motivated and it is accurate.

Will do today!

Thanks for the great advice. I am doing way more cardio than strength. I do some strength training, but will add more! I got it measured on tanita scale. I realize the scales are not totally accurate, but wanted to make sure I am not doing something ongoing that will keep me going in that direction.

Most of the time, I am finding it really hard to reach 1200 healthy calories (I am eating healthy fats, veggies, protein and legumes). I am limiting bread, rice and pasta. I am insulin resistance and want to watch how many carbs I am eating. Sometimes at the end of the day, I may still have 300 calories and have eaten all…
