i want to know the weight loss due to running.
running helps a lot in weight loss as we can see on mfp

did it helped u the same way. or the weight loss was still slower. :)

Running helped a lot with weightloss, yes.

Try a combination of running, and lifting weights. I lift 2-3 times a week, and run 4 times a week. This seems to be a good pattern for me, to get a steady pattern of loss.

I have hypo and began running 4 months ago and eating balanced healthy diet. I have lost 1-2 a week..slow and steady, but I have lost lost of inches and went down 3 sizes!! I think it has been harder to loose weight with hypo than it was prior, but possible. I think you just have to exercise a bit harder!!! I tried fast walking..nothing. My Dr. told me I would have to up the intensity to loose weight and really watch my diet.
