The first 10 or 15 seem to come off fast. Then you hit a wall but it will start coming off again. I know it is hard to stick to it when you are not seeing any results. You are beautiful and such an inspiration. This has been the best plan I have followed in years. It comes off slowly but that is the healthy way to do it. I am still only a couple weeks in but I am already feeling better. I agree MFP Rocks and so do the people on here. Keep up the great work :)

You can lose that much that quickly but not in a healthy way. Proven fact that it takes a tremendous toll on your heart when you drop even 30 pounds too quickly. It isn't safe for your health and you shouldn't do it.
