Unsweetened Iced Teas! I LOVE Tazo Passion - I brew it by the pitcher and go through a couple of pitchers a week Mint Green is also good Plain Unsweetend Plain Green Unsweetened I don't do any artificial sweeteners, I just don't like the taste, so herbal teas are always great.

My version of a diet sweet tea is half sweet, half unsweet. Usually is still plenty sweet and has half the calories! Makes it easier to fit when I am really craving it! :)

I love the way you put this! I know the feeling. "I ate healthy today, why haven't I lost all the weight?!" But I know it is long term, life long change that will end up with the best results. I wish it was as easy as having a % of my paycheck diverted to a savings account though!

I'm halfway to my goal, and all I have done is changed how much I eat and I walk more. I got myself a FitBit and use it to track my steps everyday. I target at least 10,000 steps per day but usually end up around 15,000. It's been working for me so far!

Add me as well! I just (re)started and I'm on a 7 day streak. Planning to keep that up! My mantra is small changes, steady loss. I am just taking my dog for longer walks before and after work (using a FitBit Zip looking for 10,000 steps minimum per day) and making better eating choices!
