Thank you all for your suggestions , I really appreciate. I do have a YMCA membership, I can't do swimming yet, I can't barely hold a plate with that arm. It feels way too heavy, but I can do the bike. I already brought a brace. Biking is one of my favorite exercises. Again, thank you all

Feel free to add me. My weight was 280, I lost up to 20 pounds. But then I have the misfortune of fall down 14 steps of a stairs the day after Christmas. Today I'm ready to restart my journey.

Start by doing small walks like around the block, park or the mall. It work best if you have someone with you. If is the park and you have a dog that works. Just concentrate on the walk.
