D11L2.....ALMOST DIED! I could keep up with Natalie on almost everything in L1 except the pushups (I could do one round of regular push ups and the girlie push ups the next round). I'm late! I started 30DS last Saturday and I am on L1D6 now. D7 tomorrow! I work 8:30-4:30 everyday and usually it is a wrap after I get off work so I have been waking up every morning at 5:30 to do this work out. I am so proud of myself! Keeping form is such an important aspect and very hard for me to keep up with! But Jillian is definitely a lot of help with this! Sometimes I feel like I'm doing the ab part wrong because I don't feel sore from the. Her yoga DVD Level 2 kicks my abs' butt!

Thank you so much! I have been doing Jillian Michaels yoga since January (on and off I admit) and I just started the 30 day shred Saturday. I figured that I should stick it out a little longer, I think that's just me being anxious. I am definitley going to take this advice, thank you again!

I just started on Saturday too, I will add u! I think I do need to push harder though because it isn't as bad as I thought it would be (level 1). I don't really feel sore or anything! Could this be due to the fact that I was doing her yoga DVD for awhile before starting this one?

I started yesterday! Today was day 2! I'm in! Would anybody recommend a time schedule for each level? I thought of doing 10 days level 1, 10 days level 2, and vice versa.
