Yes, I love roasted chickpeas. I just made a big batch last night. I like to keep a bag of them in my desk for snack. I dry roast mine, so yummy!! :love:

Im 5'5" too, my body shape is an inverted triangle. So my shoulders are broad, which I HATE, and my hips are very small. I tend to carry weight in my stomach & arms. My largest weight was 178 & I was in a size 12. Current weight is 105 & im in a size 0.

No worries, Im a coffee addict too and I lost weight just fine. Just try to lay off the sugar & cream.

Congrats on reaching your goal. I still log on and count my calories, it helps me keep things in perspective. 95% of the time I am within my calorie goal for the day. I splurge more on the weekends, holidays or special events. If you want to splurge I say do it, depriving yourself of certian foods will only hurt you in the…

Sounds yummy, I love Chobani Greek yogurt, pineapple & peach are my favs!! I always start my day off with coffee. Im a late breakfast eater so it's usually around 10:30 when I eat. Today it will be 1 Large Apple & a Coconut Cashew Quest Bar, YUM!!

Again, I know how you feel. I think maintaining the weight is so much harder than losing it. You think "I worked so hard to lose it and I don't want to gain it all back." :sad: It's so frustrating!! You can eat a cheeseburger & fries like a normal person, but I don't think you/I will ever not worry about the calories. :cry:

I know how you feel. I restrict my calorie intake alot during the week just so I can eat decently on the weekend. However, I always feel bad about it on Monday and workout like crazy during the week to make up for it. It's really starting to stress me out. :frown:

My family is horrible about this, they tell me I'm to skinny. But as soon as I gain weight their grabbing my fat and telling me I better watch my weight. Ugg, there's no in between with them. Try not to let people get to you. :flowerforyou:

Like previous people have stated, there are so many different body types out there. I'd say too skinny for me would be when my size 0's are loose or falling off me. My bones protrude in places but Im still within a healthy weight range for my height so I don't think Im "too skinny".

Once I hit my goal weight I entered into maintenance by allowing myself an additional 300 calories a day. I was/am very nervous about maintenance and still trying to figure it out.
