  • Apparently I have a large frame size but to be quite honest I don't pay attention to it. I'm just going to carry on losing weight and once I reach my goal and feel I'm still too big, I'll lose more. I think being big or small boned shouldn't significantly affect how you look in general as oppose to factors such as height.…
  • Congrats! I probably should go shopping to get clothes that aren't so loose but they cost quite a bit in the first place, not ready to let go yet!
  • My scales are at home, and I'm currently at university. So I weigh myself when I visit home. I could buy new scales but I really don't want to waste money when I know I will eventually weigh myself :P
  • Bellemere13 - Well done, wow, you have definitely inspired me!
  • I still have a long way to go, but the pictures of me at my heaviest have made me realise how big I was. Could you believe I never classed myself as obese? This thread has really inspired me!
  • I can't seem to edit my last post! SW - **201 lbs (Thursday Dec 1) - **think I'll weigh myself again tomorrow just to be sure! its still the 30th in the UK :P Week 1 - xxx lbs (Thursday Dec 8 ) Week 2 - xxx lbs (Thursday Dec 15) Week 3 - xxx lbs (Thursday Dec 22) Week 4 - xxx lbs (Thursday Dec 29) Total lost - xx lbs…
  • My diary is open to my friends. The reason I have kept mine private is because nobody would actually understand what I was having for my meal anyway... I log everything I have put into a meal exactly, so it looks like a load of random ingredients when in fact its an actual meal :P I don't have many bad days (I only buy…
  • This was me at around 230lbs: Another at 230lbs: This is me now at 204lbs I don't have many body shot pictures of me currently, not many great ones anyway!
  • Green tea has not helped me lose more weight. I drink it as a sort of snack. When I have no more calories left, its something I know I can drink without any repercussions!
  • I'm 5'5 and my goal weight is 150lbs. I've recently discovered I have a large frame which is annoying... When I get to 150lbs and I still visibly look overweight, I'll will lose more. 150lbs puts me in the 'normal' category, this is why its my goal for now.
  • I'm definitely in! My holidays begin on December the 16th, and really want to lose more than a pound a week during this time!
  • Nature valley bars
  • You're right. I dont drink fizzy drinks anymore, but when I'm eating out, instead of opting for water I get a diet coke instead.
  • Aslong as you don't make a habbit out of over eating, you're all good! Just pretend like it didn't happen and carry on. I usually over eat slightly when I visit home, every 3/4 weeks! But you need a day every other week or so where you are free to eat what you like.
  • This is what I do, and so far I have been losing more than my goals and it makes me feel really good about myself! I was contemplating whether to buy scales in 2 weeks time, as I won't be going home for another 5 weeks. But I think I'm going to resist the temptation and weigh myself when I do go home, the shock will be…
  • I currently don't have scales with me, I weigh myself when I go home every 3 weeks (I'm currently at uni). I think I would also be obsessed if I had scales with me right now!
  • Last year when I joined the gym, the fitness instructor asked me how much water I was drinking, I said 1 litre, she said that was perfectly fine. It is recommended that you drink around 8 cups a day, so you're doing great with 10 cups! I drink 2 litres a day (8 and a half cups).
  • Lose the last few pounds first then see if you need to lose more. I'm 5'5 and have set my goal to 150lbs - I know for a fact that I will probably lose more when I reach that weight, but my goal for now is to have a healthy BMI and that weight will take me there. Good luck, you've already done great so far!
  • I've been on the site for 10 months and have lost 17lbs. I weigh myself every 3 weeks, and tomorrow is my weigh in, wish me luck!! But its my 20th birthday tomorrow and I'm probably going to order a pizza... I'm going to try and stay within my calorie range! I weighed 208lbs on the 21st of October and hope to be 205lbs…
  • I made this yesterday and it was yum! Healthy Bolognese Borlotti Beans, 1 can (or any kind of bean: Kidney, black eye etc.) Onions - 1 cup Curry Powder, 1 tsp. Garam masala, 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. (I use 'lo salt') Chicken Stock Cube Crushed Chilli Pomodorino Tomatoes, 250g (or regular tomatoes) Quorn Mince, 150g (you can use…
  • About 7 months ago a car had failed to stop at a red light. Me and my friend crossed the road, but this man beeped and told us to get out of the way, like we should't have been crossing, I shouted back and said that he had to stop, he replied and called me a fat ****er... When someone is angry, the most obvious insult…
  • Great job! I'm losing 1lb a week, without exercise. I love being a slow loser :P
  • Thanks for that, I just wish I had more time on my hands! I have uni 5 days a week and I also work. So on my weekends I just want to rest and stay in my pyjamas instead of go for a jog. Its lazy of me, but I am losing weight, it may be at a slower pace but I'm happy. And My Holidays are coming up in December, I will have…
  • I'm 20 years old, studying Psychology with Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Leicester. Current weight: 208lbs (haven't weighed my self for 2 weeks, don't plan on doing so for another week. My scales are at home :P) Goal for the end of November: 202lbs As for recipes, I generally cook what I want. I pretty much…
  • Chickpea and Vegetable curry. As a student I prefer to make food in 3/2 day batches. Saves so much time! I've never made this before - I usually just make what I want or have. Whats in it? 3 Servings: 2tsps Garam masala 1tsp Curry powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Crushed Chilli 1tbsp Galirc 2tbsps tomato puree 3 tomatoes 2 carrots…
