I am afraid of gaining weight. I can't nurse like normal. My baby won't latch on. So I pump and bottle feed. I feel like I get less sleep now then I ever did with my other kids. I keep eating chicken pot pies and drinking a lot of water right now. I need to stop them.

I am also a stay at home mommy. I also cloth diaper and I use use essential oils. I am 172 now my goal is 110. I found zumba is wonderful while my kiddos are down for bed.

I go by what my bagged salad tells me on servings. I scan it in and go by my marcos.

It shouldn't i am trying to go from 180 to 110. But 130 would be in my normal weight range just at the top of it.

How am i starving myself if I'm not hungry? For around 10 years this if not less has been my appetite.

The only carbs i crave are junk. I always crave sweets like cakes and cookies.

Well in the last 2 days i have lost 5 pounds by eating up to 4 grams of carbs and not watching my fat or protein intake. (2 eggs for lunch, 2 eggs and 2 hamburger patties for dinner and one day i had 1 serving if salad)

I am also a breastfeeding momma. I never found a way to do it so i just let it tell me i am over 300 calories. That way i know i am ok.

Right now mine are set at carbs 51% fat 29% and protein 20%.

In the last 10 years ive been pregnant 6 times and have 5 in my arms. So most of mine was due to pregnancies and bed rest due to complacations.

Today i ate 4 eggs and 2 hamburger patties. So i had 0 carbs. I thought that today was a good thing.

Yes, I am 177 to 180 (my weight is on a roller-coaster) and I'm 5ft 6in.

I wish i had that problem. People have told me I'm starving myself because I'm never really hungry. I have went days without eating and not even notice.
