If I don't go to bed on time and become extra-tired, I get crazy hungry.

I also get crazy-hungry when I take a Benadryl, no matter when I take it.

I usually have a small bowl of cereal or some fruit.

Eat when it works for you, everyone is different. I wake up at 3 a.m. and eat for the first time, usually at 10-10:30.

I was told you shouldn't eat after 7pm. Is that wrong?

I don't eat my first meal until 12-1pm sometimes later and that is very small. I get hungry at dinner time and at that time eat about 1000 calorie dinner and then usually eat a small snack right before bed around 9:30pm. This works for me.

You can eat any time during the day and still lose weight. It is all about finding out what works for you.

OP. I eat a lot like you. Sometimes I have to remind myself to eat during the day which is around 2. Then I make dinner for fam around 7. I stand at the pantry in the evening and think ....what sounds good, sweet, salty, etc....
You are not alone on this. I just have to remember where my calorie count is at. :)

I eat most of my calories between 3pm and 11pm. I've lost 35 pounds, so it hasn't seemed to hurt me!

Down 48 pounds. I wake up at 7 AM and eat from 4:30 PM to 10 PM. It's just how my eating clock is set. If I force myself to eat breakfast I spend the rest if the day famished. Don't know why, but I avoid it so I don't have to feel that way.

    I am always hungry

I wish i had that problem. People have told me I'm starving myself because I'm never really hungry. I have went days without eating and not even notice.

In the last 10 years ive been pregnant 6 times and have 5 in my arms. So most of mine was due to pregnancies and bed rest due to complacations.

Think about this - if this was true almost anyone working a full time M-F job would be fat because they eat after work. Is the entire workforce obese? Nope. You get fat eating too many calories not when you eat after a certain time.
