I have lost overall 21 pounds. I gave myself a month and half to loose the 6 pounds. Because that's the most I have ever lost.. I feel like I am on track for a few weeks then I drop off the "wagon"..

Today I ran a mile straight.. Straight. In 15 minutes.. Slow but steady and had my breathing under control!! Tomorrow doing 1.5!

Thanks for your ideas! We are very anxious to get started! We have already cut out some carbs now to the processed goods, dairy and grains! We are going to be strict for at least 30 days until our systems are "clean" and then maybe add in the occasional dairy or potatoes! Has anyone tried creepes for a sandwhich?
