starting AGAIN.
I am a repeat offender. A yoyo dieter. Last year I spent 6 months eating better and working out. I lost 21 pounds. Then Thanksgiving came, then my 21 birthday and then Christmas and New Years. I want to get started again, but I need quick healthy snack and meals any ideas? I'm also on a budget.

Running
I am just getting started on running, and wanted some good advice. I know always warm up and cool down, and stretch before and after. If anyone has some really good stretches or techniques how to get better I would appreciate it. I set a goal of running a 5k right before thanksgiving!
