Slices of ham/chicken, cheesestrings.... followed by fruit/natural yoghurt about 2 hours later.

Great, thanks for the recommendation. Will give it a go :)

Truly amazing :)

Being from Northern Ireland we would have ate them at least 4 nights a week. The last few weeks I'm down to just once a week.

Anyone? :)

Some great ideas and I'm loving this receipe! Will try this evening :) Thanks everyone :)

No chance of me trying it - tuna, yuck :(

I've started eating a lot of raw carrot and sugarsnap peas :) Banana is a good filler.

Thank you everyone :) Some great tips and advice. I've decided to try chicken tikka, chapatti (even though I've no idea what it is!) and a mint sauce for something to dip tikka into :) Yum, is it 6pm yet :)

Thanks for the replies. I have no idea about protein powders and shakes. Never taken them as always associated with bodybuilders until I started reading some topics on here and realising that most people take them. Can you recommend which ones and how to use? Thanks.

Exercise so I can eat more :) Tonight i'll go spinning and I know I can eat an extra 300-350 calories :) Also, when out exercising you can't eat a huge normal dinner. I tend to have eggs (sometimes toast with it) at 5.30pm, then go spinning 8-9pm. I'll have another snack when home.

Woo 991 Kcal on breakfast alone, that's nearly my daily allowance!!

I only weigh once a week. A Monday morning, naked in same spot in bathroom :)

Great results, well done :)

Thank you :) I appreciate your lovely comments!

Thank you! I'm hoping to loose at least most of the last 13lbs before holidays in Portugal in 5.5weeks time. I've injured my back so haven't been able to exercise. Sometimes it's really difficult but you'll get there :):) Keep up the good work xx

Thank you! I appreciate it :)

Sorry not sure how to get pictures to show?!

Having put on exactly 4 stone (56lbs) with my son, here is a picture of me 5 weeks after birth as bridesmaid (yuck!) and another 7 months later. I still have 13lbs to loose to pre-pregnancy but getting there :) First picture July 2013, 2nd February 2014, 3rd May 2014

Still interesting and relevant to newbies :)

ekkkk I'm pretty surprised by the amount of calories people consume at breakfast. My target is 1200 a day so I have between 200-300 for breakfast. I didn't used to eat breakfast at all so now it's 2 Weetabix with a banana or a fruit salad or 2 boiled eggs and 1 round of toast. The weekend..... well I have a lot more!!!

Great advice, I enjoyed reading this :) Thank you and well done :)

I had gestational diabetes when pregnant with my son and my readings where similar to yours. Only the doctor can help you with proper glucose Tolerance Tests (GTTs). Go make an appointment and good luck. I tried controlling mine with diet but unfortunately I had to go onto insulin. thankfully it went again once my son was…

Good advice :)

I did the workouts, eat healthy but didn't follow their eating plans and did really well :):)

Thank you both :) Normally the answer would be 'no I'm not hungry', therefore just eating out of habit and a 'feeling off I've had a busy hard day so time to relax and reward myself'. I guess the reward will be when I loose the excess weight instead :):) I also LOVE cheese so cheese on toast is a favourite supper treat but…

Anything beginning with C : chips, cheese, crisps, Chinese, coleslaw....

Well done and very true words spoken :)
