Favourite meal 2 hours before working out?

Dinner time is around 6pm.
I've recently started a circuits class at 8pm.
Suggestions for dinner? Would you have a normal dinner (for me usually something like - meat with small potato & veggies) or a smaller dinner (like soup/salad) followed by a snack when get home at 9pm?

    Protein Energy

    Love this yummy stuff. It has some thermogenic for extra fat loss doing cardio. I put PB2 in it for a bit of variety if I want a peanut butter cup drink.

    This stuff is 100 calories

    And gives and energy bump

    Drink 1/2 hour before exercise

    The cinnamon roll stuff tastes like a quest bar Cinnabon

    Not a meal, but I like it for a very specific pre workout when I want to bring the heat.

    fats and carbs are my pre-workout snack after work before my workouts.. usually apple with peanut butter and some cheese
