GREAT JOB Sheila :smile: I feel the same way as you do. I also have two dogs (red heeler cross (4yr) and a jack russel (13yr). Tonight I am going to walk them for 20 minutes and then do my workout dvd for 25 minutes. I'm glad I decided to join this group :happy: Thanks, Jennie M
