  • As other's have said; thicker texture (consistency of sour cream) more protein (more is always better)
  • Most protein powders I've tried haven't really tasted that great, but I mostly get the cheap kinds from Wal-Mart and GNC. I heard there's a few that are "cinnamon roll/bun" flavored that have great reviews.
  • Found a small chunk of what looked like sheet metal in a bag of M&M's. I emailed the customer service about it and they sent me a package to mail it to them and in return, I got coupons for 5 free Mars chocolate products. I still eat M&M's on occasion, it didn't turn me off to eating their products.
  • She probably doesn't want you to be thin and look better than her.
  • You don't NEED them, but if you're having a hard time hitting your protein for the day, you could throw one in. Of course, it's always recommended that you get your protein from food sources, but if you have no other options, it's better than nothing.
