I do the same exact thing. I don't like saying no to people when they offer me something, because that just seems rude to me. So I take it... And eat it/drink it. Bad habit that I need to cut.

I'd say just force yourself and after a while it becomes routine. Also, try to find things you enjoy doing concerning exercise, if you do exercise. :) Also, get some friends on here! That makes the journey more enjoyable, and it's easier to stay motivated when you have people around you on the same track.

Personally, I feel like the low end of most BMI ranges are kind of too low for my liking low. I'd say Middle-low for your BMI range.

That's a good point. But I enjoy being able to see the weight go down, along with the inches and clothing sizes and whatnot.

Well, I'm 5'4" and I weigh about 154 currently. Personally, I'd say maybe 125 at the very least? I'm aiming for 120-125 myself.

Hey, I eat about 1460 a day but I usually fall a bit above or a bit below. However, I have a really low TDEE and eating 1200 cals a day like i would need to lose weight just won't cut it for me, so for one day each week I eat about 500 calories, bare minimum. I hope this is okay, because I always like meeting new friends!

Oh wow! x3 Glad to see so many others are doing it. I'm just really lazy... And I've lost 8 pounds so far not exercising. Just calorie counting, although I do get in a walk every so often.

5'4", 155 lbs and currently able to fit 9s/11s in juniors and 8s in womens. I have huge thighs. :(

I would wear a 10 at 5'4" and 150 lbs. Many of you say a 12 would be too big, but I wouldn't be able to wear one now! I don't think I'd ever be comfortable in a bikini though. My body is like a wh*rehouse for stretchmarks.

Oh, and to actually contribute to the threat, drinking too much water is pretty bad for you. Although, the amount equaling "too much" can vary from person to person... I was about 7 years old and it didn't take much, but I ended up in the hospital from overhydration.
