It baffles me how...
some people work so hard to lose the weight. They might exercise 6-7 days a week and be doing everything right and STILL not losing. Then, there are people like me, who don't exercise at all, eyeball all their portions, go over calories nearly every day... And lose like it's nothing. What's the deal there?

Do you guys prefer digital or the like... swingy-ticky-thingy scales? Which one is more accurate, in your guys' opinions? Has 5:2 worked for you?
I'm starting the 5:2 IF or whatever today. :D On "Normal" days, I will be eating 1500 calories, which is more than enough to fill me up for the day. On the diet days, I'm aiming for 500 cals or less. I just wanted to know if this plan (or a variation of it) has worked for you? I do get in 2-4 mile walks occasionally…

I'm 5'4", hovering at about 155, 18 years old and pretty sedentary. How many calories should I be raking in per day? MFP originally had me set at 1360, but I wanted your guys' opinions and what works for you. Thanks:3
