People tend towards finding people to be attention *kitten* if they "fish for compliments," so to speak. Aend, they're more than likely jealoua of your progress. I know the feeping, my friend is the same way... Give it time, people will notice when they notice and some will compliment you, but some wont.

What I meant by going over on calories nearly every day is my TDEE-20%. You can still lose weight going over your allotted calories that you have set for weight loss because you're still at a deficit--just a smaller one. Come to think of it, it was still a pretty stupid example to use, considering, but still.

I think 23lbs is actually pretty good. o: See, I didn't know metabolisms could adjust to constantly having different things thrown at them.

Very true. That just seems so weird to think of, though, because I was really surprised when I found out how big a cup actually was. It seems so small compared to what I thought it was. However, that is a really good point. I'm curious. I need to go find my measuring equipment now...

Idk, it's just weird. Back when I tried to lose weight the first time, I exercised for a tad every day. At the same amount of calories, didn't eat my exercise calories back because they were so low. I lost at about half the rate I am now.

"Jerks" initially come off as cool and very attractive. To the girl, there is no more depth to their personality until she begins to talk to him and get to know him. That's about the time I back off on the guy if he's an *kitten*. Although, I have been there. My ex was a major d-box. :/

What you need to do is force yourself to quit worrying so much. Learn to better eyeball your portions, but don't freak out. Go out for meals when you want or when it's just easier. I'm still in weight loss mode, and even I do that. As for the scale, hide it maybe? And only bring it out once in a great while to make sure…

Personally, I trust my analogue. It gives me a pretty decent reading each time and if i weigh myself twice it's the same weight. Every digital scale I've ever used measures me differently each time I use it.

Definitely. It all depends on what food you have in your body, sodium & water retention, etc... Natural factors. That's why people tend to weigh once a week in the morning, because it offers the best guideline to how much weight you're actually losing. My weight fluctuates anywhere from 2-5 pounds a day. I'm the exact opposite! The stationary bike is the only exercise I enjoy besides a real bike or swimming. :ohwell:
