Thank you guys for the feedback. I think I just need to do more weight training. I know I cant change my whole body in three months but I dream of skinny beautiful legs all the time lol (which wont ever happen, just not by body type).

I did that crazy diet you only drink organic syrup with water and no food!!OMG it was horrible. I lost weight as well but it came pilling up as soon as I started eating. Thank goodness for MFP or I would still be on some crazy diet. I did them ALL!!!

I agree with everyone. You are putting your body in starvation model. You need to eat more calories. It doesn't mean you have to eat anything, try eating an extra 300 cals with fruit and nuts. Same issue with my husband. But now I've taken it a different way. At first I was supper annoyed. But now he really helps me out a lot specially on those days I just want to stay home. The extra push he gives me annoys me but he keeps me going.

I heard from a trainer that simply cutting your carbs and sugar intake will confuse your body and kick off the weight loss again. You have to cut the sugar then a few weeks latter add more sugar and just keep your body guessing at what is going on.

Welcome, this is a great sight and there is a lot of support. Remember that if you are doing weights you might not see the scale go down like you want. Take measurements instead of looking at the scale everyday. Muscle weighs more than fat.

I work out 6x a week. I leave Saturdays off, usually because I'm so busy with kids sports games. But my hubby and I usually go for a late night walk on Saturday. It's ok to take one day off. Just watch your calorie intake.
