It all depends on how your body is feeling. Im on it as we speak and im still working out. i found that by doing so it helps with the cramping..which is a hige plus for me..lol

i do a vanilla EAS whey protein with frozen raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries (comes as a mix) splash of oj and splash of non fat milk and omg..im in heaven very yummy or do a vanilla, pineapple and coconut, non fat milk and its like a pina colada...:bigsmile:

To be honest, no because im a medium pace walker and i know people are naturally faster than i am. but if they are in a hurry to get somewhere they can politely say excuse me and i'll move to one side

thank u so much for the info! My brother has been taking that for a while and has seen great results...i've also tried it out myself and worked wonders for me but stopped because i felt like i was cheatting myself of doing this weight loss process on my own. so thank god i stopped!

i remember when i was about 24-25 i felt like was 40 years old!!! especially after having 3 kids and gaining over 100+ lbs. but now that Im 29 and much more healthier...i feel a little closer to my own age...maybe some where around 32-33...with time i hope to feel as i use to when i was 17 :)

i would easily get bored and maybe un-motivated....thats why i try to switch it up every day

i would really aim to getting more fruit in there since your body will have a better need/benefit from them because its all natural vs eating something that is processed..but if for whatever reason you have a moment that you cant resist i would reccomend sugar free pudding...chocolate or rice..those are my favorites!
