it's hard at first but it is do-able. I just switched all my drinks for water instead. I drink 2 cups when i wake up and then a cup or two with each meal and snack...it just depends.

im set for 30 g a day but i have been hearing that as long as you dont over do it in refined sugars u should be good. Aim for natural sugars in fruits, dairy...so forth...because these are sugars that are meant to help you...all in moderation of course

I was always a chubby child and then everything went to the right places when h.s came around...once those years were over with i gained over 130 lbs after having my two first children a year and a week apart...i think a lot of it came from unsolved emotions/laziness

try a local farmers market...if one is not available shop fruits and veggies that are in season..they tend to be much more cheaper.

one thing that is has really done for me..it has cleared up my face...i use to have breakouts a lot and i havent had one since i stopped drinking soda/juices....etc....i only drink water all day, every day.....sometimes 8 to 12 cups....

omg....both of my co workers are the same way...one is always saying she's too fat and only weighs like 110 lbs and the other one says she's lost 10 lbs...but thats been the same story for the past 6 months....but now that they see that im actually making my own lunch and making healthier choices they try to bring me down…

as long as its not refined sugar then you will be ok. Natural sugars from apples or any other fruits are suppose to help you along the way...especially while working out because from what i heard they metabolize into energy to keep u going...

eat an extra 200-400 calories ....just make sure they are nutritious foods vs junk....when i was pregnant with my two oldest kids...who are by the way a year and a week apart i had this idea stuck in my head that i was literally EATING FOR TWO!!! so double the portions and tons of junk...i regret it so much...i didnt know…
