maybe your metabolism is burning up all your consumed calories? have u tried taking your multi vitamin at night? its helped me a lot doing that

oh dear lord...just completed level 2 day 1 and it kicked my butt! I managed to pushed through it but within the first 5 minutes i was sweating insanely...

as long as it isnt refined sugar then it is ok....the goal is to aim at eating as much natural unprocessed food as possible

hey there...im an emotional eater as well....ive found that writing down how your day has gone....helps a lot while trying to loose weight for me....instead of focusing on eating my emotions..im able to actually focus on the actual emotions that im feeling....anyhow...i'll send you an add...this site is an awesome place!!

i gave carbonated drinks up because i has been one of the main reason why my stomach was excessively bloated...to the point that people thought i was pregnant :explode: its been 2 weeks and my stomach has gone down a lot
