We probably would agree on more than 80% of our views as far as diet and exercise go. The thing is I used to think similar to you and I even had good results with that. I just found out a lot of new stuff, that is simply... for lack of better word choice.. better and effective and most importantly healthy. You did not ask…

These posts get too long I'm not gonna go on too long. True I didn't give a full list of references, I don't feel that necessary, if you want to know why I think the way I think you can ask me about it instead of pointing out I don't provide sources. You give no sources also about the "jury" who judges about the effects of…

You don't have to give it up to get a flat stomach, but you do to get optimal health. It is indeed about calories. Protein for muscle gain is overrated and needs way less focus than it is given now. Protein in the context I meant is not a satiety thing, it has way other purposes, it helps making certain hormones (English…

I had some good experiences with this fast. My window was between 12.00 and 20.00. I would like to add this: because of different hormones male and females respond different to fasting methods. Important to keep in mind I think. So just experiment with it and see how it works out for you.

Keep in mind that IF works different for women and men, because of hormones. Most research done on IF is done on men. So it might not necessarily work out for you. Which version works for you? Just experiment. I just post to let you know that it works different for male and female and that is something to keep in mind.

Different hormones. So proteine in the morning will help and the times you sleep also matter. Most important is the amount of hours,…

No broscience.. real science.. I didnt say you cant gain if you go over 45 min. I am however saying that will not give you OPTIMAL gain.. has to do with hormones as I saw somebody else post just now.. for muscle gain also per exercise do 3 sets of 4-10 reps.. other methods might work, but science shows time and time again…

For optimal muscle gain keep workouts under 45 min. This is because of hormones. So 1 session 45 min. You could do multiple sessions a day like a morning and late afternoon session. But mind the time of 1 session. So an hour also works for people, but under 45 min. is optimal for muscle gain.

Everybody can get a flat stomach, anyone who says otherwise just lacks knowledge how. It depends on your situation what the reason is you have a hard time getting rid of your stomach fat. It is about hormones, so keep that in mind when you read articles about losing fat because male and female body's are different. For you…
