like I said I was eating junk everyday and drinking probably 20litres of coke a week. aswell as probably 10pints of full fat milk! I've never used to eat breakfast. or lunch. eeeek! only 5 a little over 5 months! you don't need to buy weights really either, you can start out with items from the house with some weight in them, bottles of liquid. soap powder boxes(they're quite weighty!) etc. the list is endless really! as long as you can get a safe hold of them and keep your form correct you'll be fine with that to start with. but…

I get a teaspoon, top it like a boiled egg and eat it! LOL! but I'm weird! ;) have been known to peel and eat like an apple too! LOL! (I used to work on building sites so it was quicker an easier to eat like this)

I weigh in on fridays! I started last Tuesday (9th July) my current weight as of the 12th is 214! I'll update you tomorrow am! :| scared! I'd love to get under 200, I can't remember the last time! BUT to get down to 150 would be immense!

LMAO! I usually try not to look too often, I don't want to become obsessed with it! so I weigh in a log on a friday! I may check tuesday/wednesday to make sure i'm on track but usually just the once! also make sure you weigh yourself first thing in the morning and at the same time everytime! it's better!:)

to be safe I would check it out with a doctor, but I would also not worry too much about it, the stress/worry could make it worse! It's normal to have changes in everything when you shift over a diet pattern it's a big adjustment for your body!, but get checked out to be sure! good luck! x

freeze banana slices, once frozen take out of the freezer, add couple of tablespoons of milk, blitz in a food processor/with a wand and voila banana icecream.(its obviously softer than actual icecream, but its so tasty!) :) I love it!
