I've eaten later this past two days and eaten less than I have before and haven't been hungry at all. Clearly it doesn't what time you eat, it's what you eat. Like you all say. Keep it in the allowances and eat whenever it fits! Thanks everyone! Hopefully this fatpie will be a skinny slice in good time! haha!

I weighed in on sunday september 1st and was down to 197lb! total loss of 24lbs so far! :D :D

couple days late with weigh in as I was away from home. but 203lb this week so done 4.2lb! 18lb down total! I pushed hard in the gym this week and I'm so pleased with that! you're all doing great ladies!

I have a fear of telephone conversations! LOL! I get sweaty palms, racing heart, dry throat. Literally will only ust the phone if I have no other choice. if you're a stranger and you ring me, I ain't picking up! LOL! I can't even order take-aways on the phone. it is ridiculous. and I don't even care!

how many days did you check? I've only chocolate today? apart from the ben and jerry's!! I have been eating chicken/nuts/avocados/tuna/cheese/peanut butter/yoghurt, just because I dont eat them every single day doesn't mean I havent eaten them? because there are a HELL OF A LOT of calories in a 7 day a week takeway diet and 20+litres of full fat coke a week and a pint of full fat milk before going to bed everyday! :| my mind is also blown!

because most days MFP is telling me I'm not eating enough. I'm not hungry and I manage to workout every day so obviously not trouble with energy. I've lost 12lb since the 9th of july?

the only reason I'm not eating them back is because I struggle to eat that much! lol! I might just give up! it was easier being unhealthy! :noway: :grumble: I never ever thought I would struggle to eat enough. :|

I know they're grossly over estimated! I don't eat back my exercise calories, unless I feel hungry then I'll eat some back!

If i wasn't having 'too much trouble' eating then I wouldn't have posted to be honest. I'm trying my best here. clearly I can't be anorexic at over 200lb!!

you need to eat your net! mfp already gives you a defecit so working out is on top of the cals it's already taken off you! :| I wouldn't eat back all of my exercise calories anyway because it's over exagerated. but I am aiming to hit my net. :)
