I was under the impression that Focus T25 was more about the after burn because its HIIT, so you burn more calories throughout the day because your heart rate is in the afterburn thing no? You know that chart with heart rate, and fat burning that beachbody programmes talk about.

Thank you, probably the most helpful post here! :) But thanks to a few others for some of the idea's about jazzing up my workout schedule so I dont get bored. I think I will try and mix up my JM work outs and probably invest in T25, as I know i wont have much time, and a 25-30 min work out is way better than no work out at…

uhhh...This wasn't about using it as an aid, like other weightloss pills or tea's, i've never bought any before, i exercise and eat right, and have done since i started my diet and have lost a fair bit of weight. Ohhh, well, from other personal accounts from people i've seen on blogs and instagram, they still seem to eat normal. I dont see any reason why you shouldn't.

There isn't a list of things to not eat or drink on their website, and from looking at Tumblr reviews/pictures...because where else would you go to look and see ifthings work? lol people just seem to have stuck to a diet they were already doing, if at all x

Me and my boyfriend will sometimes say 'oh he's good looking' or 'oh she's pretty', but it doesn't bother me because i'm comfortable and secure with myself and my relationship.... Maybe you're reading too much into it. Also, if he does it a lot, then you should leave him.

Would you say that people who have claimed to have lost weight, lost it over a 'mental state', like they believed it would work, and started putting more efforts into their workouts etc?

Thanks for your help! i've never used them before, i'm all about natural things, like green tea, healthy eating and exercise, but i thought this would be a good place to ask! :) Its just i've seen so much hype about them, i thought i'd find out if they actually make much improvment.

Oh, and i've never used anything like this before, but i am contemplating it, and wanted to know if they show results, and I'm sure some only supress appetite, but is there anything to help burn fat, whilst on a healthy calorie controlled diet with exercise.

I think it's a ridiculous fad, i wouldn't trust anything like this at all. the 5:2 thing i've head of is you eat healthy to lose weight, and 2 days to relax a bit, but not go crazy. I dont know much about it, but i wont believe anything about it unlessi 've read the science to it.
