Hi All, after a lot of seeing the doctors, everything is fine, they just reckon i picked up a little viral infection which explains the dizziness, but apart from that all my tests came back normal which is great. I still need to watch my diet though! To make sure i'm eating enough and correctly

I was before eating low carb high protein, but i think now i need to change it up a bit!! and i might be low on sodium, i didn't track macros or anything, i just had a food diary. coming on MFP can be a headache to find food etc :/ 1500 is what i was aiming for including exercise. :) so i wouldn't be eating 1500 for the…

i weight 136lbs, and i am 5'4, I would say when i was doing the BBG program i was eating maybe about 1500 or so, but now i have started lifting more, i think i need to eat more which i am trying to do - i do eat 3 main meals a day and i do eat in-between, but maybe what i am actually eating isn't enough. :(
-
Its happened on days when i haven't been lifting - i've been looking at eating more and changing my diet up slightly. I thought it might be electrolytes or something - just freaks me up cause whilst i take it easy i dont know how to prevent it :( even if im not exercising.
-
Thanks for explaining that! Really helpful :) , i guess i want to be leaner then, so i guess i need to work out what my maintenance is track on MFP. Because i was trying to lose weight before i'm very used to having to eat 'less' but now im thinking to gain muscle i need to eat more - especially as after the day after…
-
Thanks for explaining! :) I'm happy to make small changes to fine tune and add a little muscle, and its okay if it takes a while to happen - slow and steady as they say, and i'm happy at my current weight, but would like more muscle to look more lean. Before i was trying to lose weight, so i'm very used to having to eat…

i didnt measure :( infact i didnt take pictures..well i did but not regularly, but its in my clothes i can feel it :(
-
Thanks guys for this. I guess i didnt consider this because I'm still eating healthy foods, just clearly a little bit too much. I am glad I read this, I guess i just need to make my workouts just that little bit longer maybe and cut back on some of my snacking. I need ro re-evalauate. Wow nutrition is so important to this.

Any insight?

You might also want to try Lesley Fightmaster, she is a wonderful teacher, I also like Adrienne, or Ali Kamenova! :)

I haven't! :) I know it can hinder progress, but you shouldn't deprive yourself completely. Have a few drinks every now and again, I think its fine to spoil yourself like that every now and again, so long as youre not drinking every day! :)

Hey, i'm sorry i took ages to reply! I never finished the 7 minutes, like i could finish after 5...but will run to make up the 7 mins...It can be hard, but plough through! :) you can do it!! :) and my legs also hurt too, it was great.
-
I've been doing it, i'm starting week 4 and have deffinitely now noticed some difference. You will see results :) But it does take a little while to see them, but you'll tone up a lot and it is tough but worth it :) hope this helps
-
HIIT's aren't done till after the 4 weeks, gotta ease our way into it, :) that said, I do Jillian Michaels workouts for LISS, which isn't really lol.
-
Oh no, dont be disheartend though, at least the bloat is temporary :) You can still do it! :)
-
LISS could be a brisk walk, or a light run, jog, going slow on the ellpitical would be perfect x
-
Even though I dont feel it whilst doing the workout, i DEFFO feel it the next morning, ouchies my arms and abs, especially my abs (non existant atm  ) I'm doing Day 4 LISS today. I just kinda do a Jillian Michaels Cardio DVD for it. I hope I see a difference, although atm I'm on my time of month and I feel…

I've just done it, my legs are shot, and feel like jelly lol, it's brilliant. I hope i see a difference soon! :)
-
Oh my goodness, that sounds great, I just did it and it was Legs and Cardio, my legs are shot! lol, and I thought it wouldn't be too bad because i was doing Jillian michaels Body Revolution before, but it's just as tough lol

She's been all over Social Media recently, a lot of beauty bloggers, and YouTubers have recommended her, as well as all over Instagram, and her workout programme seem's to be achieving a lot of great results.
-
I think i'll give it 10 days, like some of you say before I go and see my Doctor! I deffinitely dont wanna make it worse :(
-
Well, i deffinitely dont wanna stop working out, so i might just stick to cardio for now, like I said before it did heal, its just annoying, I might lift my arm to do my hair, or something as simple as that and it will hurt, but if i rasie it up, or put my arm behind my back etc its fine, its just in particular angles like…
-
It only happend the other day, it might heal on its on, i dont like going lol.
-
Hello! :) I've seen loads of her posts on Instagram, and thought I would give it a go as well. I'm doing Jillian Michaels body revolution atm, and was planning on doing Kayla's after. I can't make too much comment on her workouts, although, looking at the book they're similar or the same to what Jillian Michaels does in…

and the best drink with lemon ever! :drinker:
-
Wow, lots of people! I'm not so bothered about the weightloss compononent of it, just the rest. But i'm still unsure if it's okay to drink after brushing my teeth in the morning to start my day :)

From all the advice everyone has been saying, you should keep doing what you're doing, eating healthy, but dont supress your appetite too much by drinking too much water. the best exercise for a pregnant lady is either walking, swimming, and maybe even try some Yoga. But like everyone says, it's water weight, so long as…
