    I'm on week 2 now, I'm definitely getting more comfortable doing the workouts and starting to enjoy it! For the LISS I sometimes go running but I have also done hiking, tennis, etc cause I kind of hate running haha. Is anyone else using the HELP guide with the workouts. I think using it has made the workouts easier for sure.

    HIIT's aren't done till after the 4 weeks, gotta ease our way into it, :) that said, I do Jillian Michaels workouts for LISS, which isn't really lol.
