Every day when I complete my entries for the day, it tells me "If every day were like today........ 140 (+/-) pounds in 5 weeks" It's been sooooooo many weeks I can't count. Once I got to 144, but it must have been a freak occurence. WAter or whatever... one day I weigh 148, the next could be 146...then 149...then 148....…

I am hypothyroid and, even with the meds, it brings me up to what is considered "low normal". I wonder why doc doesn't kick up my dosage just a tad more so I could get in the mid-normal range... Thanks ya'all.. MFP has me at 1200 cals/day. I am 5'2" and weighed 146.6 when I started this 4 weeks ago. Today I weighed 149.8 !!! Me too. up 2ish pounds. Maybe it's PMS. I am 4 weeks in. :mad: I mean 4 weeks in with MFP... not doing Insanity....just walking 5 days/week for at least 40 minutes. Pretty discouraged.

I once did similar exercise/diet for 9 weeks...nothing happened on the scale... I didn't notice any change in my body either. And I was young then (in my 20's). Weight lifting coach told me that I was doing anaerobic exercise and that would not help. Needed to keep heart rate lower...don't work harder...work less and work…

My scale is crappy. So I entered my "real" weight a day after I joined. My "real" weight was 2 lbs MORE than originally entered. The weight graph just shows I've gained 2 pounds...doesn't start over... even though I thought I was changing the original weight. But it's okay...for me... I'll just work with it.
