What spazofthedead. You want slim legs, you need to build some muscle. Muscle gives them shape, losing fat will make them slim. If you make them slim without adding muscle you will most likely just end up with' legs that are slim but still have wobble about them - nothing toned about that. Don't be afraid of weightlifting.

The tannin found in some tea (green and black, that I know of) can upset some peoples GIT. Perhaps this is the angle that person was coming from? But if you find yourself with stomach pains (not from a killer ab workout!) maybe cut down on the herbal teas that contain tannin.

My local Coles is Paddington. The more expensive brand people are talking about is a certified organic brand. Worth the money if you have it.

I buy the almond breeze (unsweetened) at my local Coles in Brisbane So good is far too sweet!!
