Do you eat all your calories? Exercise calories? I am trying too, and I really got discouraged this morning because my weight is up. I know I read that it will go up a little before it starts going down. I am trying to stay motivated.

I am having the same problem. The only thing I can think is that I am not being strick with recording everything that goes into my mouth. I too have fluctuated back and forth. Gain a pound lose the pound, etc. I think when it comes down to the last 10 to 15 pounds you really have to be careful to stay focused and record…

I have to agree with you. I stayed under my calories yesterday, but my weight was up this morning. I think it was due to the 227 carbs it said I could have. WoW, that seems like a lot.

I did good until Wed. afternoon. I had a cup of coffee to get pepped up for the gym. I only had two diet cokes though which is better for me. Thurs. I had a glass of tea, and Friday I had one diet coke. Sat. I had one. I will continue working towards just water all the time.

I tried Sat. not drinking anything else other than water, and I did pretty good. I only drank one cup of coffee; the rest of the day was water. I am ready to do no other drink.

I am going to try this with you! I am getting married in February, so this is something I need. I am definitely going to need some pushing. I seem to think I need that one diet coke with lunch. I need someone to help me kick that habit. I know diet drinks are not so good for us.

I have heard that drinking a dark diet drink such as Diet Coke, Diet Dr Pepper, etc. that fat sticks to the dark colors, but drinking Diet Sprite, Diet 7Up is better? Those of you who have lost weight, do you still drink a Diet Coke? I am having a hard time giving up that lunch time diet coke up. Thanks

I am right there with you. My intake is 1200 calories, and then whatever I exercise is added. I am not having much luck either.
